The time frame for severe weather will be from around 11 am through 3 pm. Large hail, damaging wind gusts and flash flooding are the main hazards. Tornadoes are possible along and east of the Missouri River. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday There will be another marginal risk of severe weather on Thursday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... * WHEN...From Wednesday morning to Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 39.5 feet, The access road to the power plant begins
flooding, also portions of 648A Avenue flood near Brownville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.3 feet...or 6.7 feet
below flood stage.
- Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 38.4 feet Thursday evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
