This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Severe storms will again be possible this morning into the early
afternoon. The time frame for severe weather will be from around
11 am through 3 pm. Large hail, damaging wind gusts and flash
flooding are the main hazards. Tornadoes are possible along and
east of the Missouri River.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

There will be another marginal risk of severe weather on
Thursday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation might be required late this morning into the
early afternoon.

Missouri...

  Big Blue River Near Seward affecting Seward County.

  Missouri River at Plattsmouth affecting Cass and Mills Counties.

  Missouri River At Nebraska City affecting Otoe and Fremont
  Counties.

  Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison
  Counties.

  West Nishnabotna River At Hancock affecting Pottawattamie County.

  West Nishnabotna River At Randolph affecting Mills and Fremont
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING TO SATURDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Brownville.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 39.5 feet, The access road to the power plant begins
  flooding, also portions of 648A Avenue flood near Brownville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.3 feet...or 6.7 feet
    below flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 33.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 38.4 feet Thursday evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
